REGISTRATION IS VERY SIMPLE: You can register using your Google account, Facebook account or your email. You can do this from the option"Connection Panel"When creating a HOROYA account, we will send you a link that you must enter to complete the registration process.

If you have an account, you can log in by entering your email and password. To disconnect and exit safely, you can also do it from "Connection Panel"

Items and Sizes

WE ARE MAKING THE ITEMS IN FRANCE ARE MADE BY HAND, PIECE BY PIECE, IN OUR WORKSHOP.

At HOROYA, you will find a wide range of cotton clothing. Some industrial fabrics are not pure cotton, for example denim may contain other materials. The lining is always in pure cotton, just like the other woven parts of the garment, such as the different laces or bias. The buttons are made of corozo material, also made in France by Atelier Brunette. Both on horoya-tele.com and on the garment itself, you will get detailed information on the composition of each item. 

We buyFABRICS FOR OUR ARTICLES on the market in small quantities (6-12 meters), it may therefore happen that the material used for the part that you found on our site is no longer available on the market. In this case, we will offer you similar equipment or we willwill reimburse within 2 working days from the refusal of other material. THE HAND WOVEN AND/OR TENTED MATERIALSare manufactured on the African continent, so the shade or pattern may vary depending on new delivery. 

THE AVAILABILITY of our products is online only.

Our items are made in stock only in small quantities. Most of them are made to order.

We therefore offer you the possibility of choosing between theHOROYA BRAND SIZES:

  • sizes 34 - 58 -  which correspond to European standards (smaller differences between waist and hips, and chest and hips - boudoir silhouette)

  • sizes 68 - 116 - for larger curves (figures with slimmer waist and wider hips - pear silhouette)

You can make aONLINE PURCHASE as a registered user or as a guest. For this last option, we will ask you for the essential data to be able to formalize the order.

OUR Loyalty program is based on the COLLECTION OF POINTS, called “SUNS ".

Each customer automatically earns Suns based on the value of the purchase. But only registered customers can enjoy discounts and various benefits such as exclusive discounts, special offers, gifts. Gift card

OUR GIFT CARD is the perfect option to gift for all occasions. HOROYA offers you a selection of gift cards, customizable and for all occasions. Imagine a gift that allows you to choose what you love among our products.

We have two methods:

  • Virtual gift card (e-card): Customers purchase on their own, they can select the amount of a gift card, enter the recipient's details and set the card delivery date. The gift card recipient then receives an email with the unique gift card code. These cards have a limited validity of 12 months.

  • Physical Gift Card: These cards cannot be purchased, they will be sent to selected customers with their order. The cards do not have a specific name, the customer can use them for themselves or give them as a gift. However, these cards have a limited validity of 6 months.

When the recipient wants to pay online, they click on "Use a gift card" and enter the unique code of their gift card. 

Rules against money laundering

At horoya-tele we try to cover all destinations. If your shipping address has a shipping restriction, you will see it at the time of purchase.

We ship to all countries in the European Union and many other countries and we offer different shipping options to best suit your needs.

For our deliveries, we have chosen the following logistics providers: Colissimo, Mondial Relay, DPD.
